The contract is structured as firm-fixed-price and includes a one-year base period, seven one-year options, and a six-month extension. It builds on V2X’s prior experience supporting similar operations at the U.S. Navy’s Aegis Ashore site in Romania over the past four years.
“This contract underscores our commitment to high-consequence missions,” said Jeremy C. Wensinger, President and Chief Executive Officer of V2X. “This award marks a significant step in strengthening NATO’s defence and protecting European populations against global threats.”
V2X delivers integrated solutions that combine physical infrastructure with digital technology to support national security, defence, and international missions. With a global workforce of around 16,000 professionals, the company applies AI and machine learning to improve readiness, resource management, and operational resilience across mission-critical environments.
