ASELSAN’s LGK 81 Laser Guidance Kit has demonstrated high-precision strike capability during the multinational Anatolian Phoenix 2025 Exercise. The exercise was held from 12–23 May at the 3rd Main Jet Base Command in Konya, Türkiye.

As part of the scenario, the HÜRKUŞ B platform successfully deployed the LGK 81 munition from an altitude of 17,000 feet and at a speed of 0.35 Mach. The munition accurately hit a stationary target, confirming its effectiveness in air-to-ground operations.

The LGK 81 struck the designated target at a distance of 3 km with zero deviation. This underscored the system’s ability to maintain consistent accuracy in real-world operational conditions.

LGK is a combat-proven guidance solution capable of engaging both stationary and moving targets. It also reduces collateral damage and supports post-release retargeting, enhancing mission flexibility.

Its successful use from the HÜRKUŞ platform reflects ASELSAN’s ongoing contribution to Türkiye’s strike capabilities. It further highlights the interoperability of domestically developed defence technologies across multiple platforms.
