The order covers additional HERO 120 systems and ancillary equipment for U.S. soldiers. It supports the Capability Portfolio Executive Mission Autonomy’s Precision Strike Reconnaissance Systems portfolio.
The companies said the additional equipment would support training, readiness and operational effectiveness. HERO 120 systems for the program are being manufactured in the United States.
The order will allow soldiers to build proficiency with the precision-strike system before operational employment. Mistral and UVision described the award as another milestone in their support for the Army program.
Under the Lethal Unmanned Systems program, the companies jointly deliver HERO 120 systems to the Army. UVision serves as the design authority and supports the system’s development, manufacturing and delivery.

The HERO 120 is designed to provide precision-strike capability for modern tactical formations. The companies did not disclose the number of systems covered by the latest order.
