Patria and Solita to deliver border security information system for Finnish Border Guard

Patria, in partnership with Solita, has been awarded the contract to deliver a new operational border security information system for the Finnish Border Guard. The project, part of the RAVALU tender, aims to provide flexible and user-friendly applications designed to meet the demanding needs of security authorities.

 

The system renewal is scheduled to take place between 2025 and 2027, enhancing the Finnish Border Guard’s operational capabilities. The new platform will integrate cutting-edge technologies to streamline intelligence, control, and management processes for border security operations.

“For Patria, RAVALU is a significant project that strengthens our position as a provider of comprehensive security solutions,” said Jussi Järvinen, Executive Vice President of Patria’s Finland Division. He emphasised the importance of the collaboration with Solita, noting their shared commitment to delivering an advanced and reliable system.
