The partnership covers the joint promotion, adaptation and marketing of three advanced systems. These include high-power jamming, counter-UAV technology and a multifunctional mobile electronic warfare platform.
Rohde & Schwarz said the collaboration is intended to address the changing requirements of modern armed forces. The company said the systems will combine advanced technology with experience gained in operational environments.
“The synergy between INFOZAHYST’s operational expertise and our world class and combat-proven EW solutions creates a powerful combination that meets the rapidly evolving needs of modern forces,” said Dr Thomas Bohne, Vice President of SIGINT/EW at Rohde & Schwarz.
“Together we can deliver systems that are not only technologically superior but also fully tested in realistic combat conditions,” Bohne added.
INFOZAHYST Chief Executive Officer Iaroslav Kalinin said the agreement was an important development for Ukraine’s defence sector. “This partnership marks a significant step forward for Ukrainian defense innovation,” Kalinin said.
“By integrating German engineering and manufacturing excellence with our frontline experience, we will accelerate the fielding of EW capabilities that protect our allies and contribute to global security,” Kalinin added.
The agreement creates a framework for adapting and marketing the three systems to international customers. Rohde & Schwarz said the alliance is designed to support modern defence requirements in areas where electronic warfare and counter-UAV capabilities are increasingly important.
