Saab reported full-year 2025 results showing record order bookings, reflecting sustained high demand across its defence portfolio. The company said the performance marked a record year, underpinned by several major contract wins and continued investment in capacity expansion and new capabilities.

“I am pleased to end the year with strong results for order bookings, sales, operating income and operational cash flow in the quarter,” said Micael Johansson. “2025 was a record year for Saab where we secured several important orders and continued to see high demand.”

Order bookings in the fourth quarter rose to SEK 100,111m from SEK 17,556m a year earlier, driven by strong growth in large orders. Sales increased to SEK 27,697m from SEK 20,850m, corresponding to organic sales growth of 34.5%, with all business areas reporting growth and particularly strong development in Surveillance and Dynamics.

EBITDA increased to SEK 4,203m from SEK 2,734m, with an EBITDA margin of 15.2%, while EBIT rose 67% to SEK 3,261m, or 50% excluding the divestment of Saab TransponderTech AB. Net income climbed to SEK 2,568m and operational cash flow improved to SEK 6,281m, as the board proposed a dividend of SEK 2.40 per share.

“At the same time, we continue to invest in capacity expansion and new capabilities to build for future growth,” Johansson said. “Based on our strong market momentum and order backlog we are upgrading our medium-term target for organic sales growth.”
