The project’s initial phase will focus on technology development, manufacturing processes and specialist workforce preparation. These capabilities will support AviaNera’s planned growth in the Czech Republic and international markets.
CSG established AviaNera last year as a platform for developing technologies for unmanned systems. Its acquisition of Serbia-based MUST Solutions later strengthened the company’s propulsion engineering and design capabilities.
The Czech centre will focus on industrial process development, technological advancement and preparations for manufacturing. AviaNera has not disclosed the facility’s precise location and will release further details during the project’s next phase.

The facility will serve as a model for AviaNera’s future industrial development outside the Czech Republic.
AviaNera is already preparing specialist teams and validating individual manufacturing processes. A pilot facility is being used to test production organisation, establish quality standards and train employees.
The centre will use industrial processes based on digitalisation, automation and rigorous quality management. Once fully developed, it is expected to employ up to 100 specialists, technologists, process engineers and other highly qualified professionals.

The Central Bohemian centre forms part of CSG’s plan to build an international platform for advanced UAS propulsion systems. The strategy combines proprietary technology development with serial manufacturing capacity in major global markets.
AviaNera’s research and development activities are centred on MUST Solutions in Serbia. The company also plans to expand its manufacturing operations in India, the United Arab Emirates and other countries.
