The memorandum was signed by RSI Europe co-founder and CEO Tomas Milašauskas and The Fourth Law Director of UAS Unit Yaroslav Tkachuk. The companies said the agreement provides for RSI Europe to prepare manufacturing facilities and produce thousands of drones using technologies developed by TFL.
Priority in hiring personnel for the production of the drones will be given to Ukrainian citizens. The agreement links Lithuanian manufacturing capacity with Ukrainian drone and artificial intelligence technologies.
“The partnership with TFL, leaders in the integration of computer vision and artificial intelligence into drone control, is important both for strengthening Ukraine’s combat capability and for developing the modern battlefield ready capabilities of NATO’s eastern flank,” says T. Milašauskas.
“This partnership under the ‘Build with Ukraine’ project is aligned with Ukraine’s national interests to strengthen defence technology supply chains for Ukraine and contribute to the security of Eastern Europe,” says Yaroslav Tkachuk.
“We are pleased to open a possibility to collaborate with a company that has already demonstrated its ability to produce high-quality defence technologies at scale and maintains constant contact with Ukrainian soldiers,” Tkachuk said.
RSI Europe is a Lithuanian defence technology company founded in 2022. It develops FPV drone systems, remote initiation systems and military capability integration solutions.
The company works closely with Ukrainian frontline units to create technologies shaped by battlefield experience. Its flagship products include the Shpak FPV drone system and the RISE-1 Remote Initiation System.
RSI Europe said those products are currently used by Ukraine, NATO members and allied nations. The company said its mission is to help Ukraine while strengthening the defence capabilities of NATO and its partners.
