XTEND produces seven robotic platforms in one week across five global factories using shared XOS software to scale international growth

XTEND produced seven robotic platforms across five manufacturing facilities during a single week, a first for the company. Every system operated on XTEND’s proprietary XOS software architecture.

The milestone supports XTEND’s strategy of combining localized production with centralized software development. JFB Construction Holdings announced the achievement as part of XTEND’s wider global expansion.

XTEND’s XFAB manufacturing network operates across the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Latvia and Israel. XOS connects the regional operations and provides a common software layer across multiple robotic platforms.

XTENDER systems were produced in Florida, while STRIKER systems were manufactured in Virginia. Singapore produced the M6F, X100 and Scorpio Lite platforms during the same week.

AtlasPRO systems and advanced components were manufactured in Latvia. RACER robotic systems were produced in Israel.

The platforms serve different missions and customer requirements but share the same XOS foundation. XTEND said this provides common software services, a consistent user experience and continuous upgrades across its portfolio.

The company’s software-first model allows different robotic systems to use the same operating system and artificial intelligence capabilities. This approach is designed to simplify integration, shorten development cycles and extend new functions across deployed products.

XTEND’s XFAB network supports more than 20 robotic product families. The company said it has produced and deployed more than 12,500 systems for customers in over 30 countries.

“The future of robotics will not be defined by a single product, but by intelligent platforms that can scale across multiple products, customers, and markets,” said Aviv Shapira, Chief Executive Officer of XTEND. “Over the past several years, we have built both the software platform and the manufacturing infrastructure to make that vision a reality.”

“Producing seven robotic platforms across our global XFAB manufacturing network in a single week demonstrates the strength of this model and represents another important milestone in building the global infrastructure for Physical AI.” The production milestone showed how XTEND can manufacture different platforms regionally while maintaining a shared software architecture.

The XFAB strategy combines local manufacturing capacity with software improvements developed through XOS. New capabilities can therefore be deployed across several product families rather than developed separately for each system.

XTEND said the model gives it a scalable foundation for meeting increased international demand for robotic systems. It is also intended to support regional markets while maintaining common technology across the company’s installed base.
