The Pentagon has approved more than $13 billion in Lockheed Martin contracts. The awards cover special operations support, F-35 spares and Taiwan missile procurement.

The largest award is for Special Operations Forces Global Logistics Support Services II. The 12-year contract has a $10.53 billion ceiling.

Lockheed Martin will support U.S. Special Operations Command forces worldwide. Work will run through August 2038 across domestic and international sites.

The agreement is structured as an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. Funding will be released through individual task orders.

Key figures include:

The SOF GLSS II award is the largest service contract in USSOCOM history. It covers logistics, operational support and enterprise management functions.

The work is designed to support special operations forces worldwide. It also extends Lockheed Martin’s long-running role in SOF sustainment.

The package also includes a $1.6 billion F-35 support contract. That award covers spare parts for the F-35 Lightning II fleet.

The contract supports the U.S. Air Force, Marine Corps and Navy. It also serves foreign military sales customers.

The third major award is a $439 million Taiwan missile contract. It covers MGM-140 Army Tactical Missile Systems and launching assemblies.

The missiles are intended for Taiwan’s M142 HIMARS launchers. They extend precision strike coverage to 300 kilometers.

The ATACMS weapons can target logistics hubs and air defense sites. The contract comes amid continued regional pressure from China.

For the Pentagon, the package ties sustainment and missile output together. It supports deployed special operations forces and allied strike capacity.

For Lockheed Martin, the awards add long-duration services revenue. They also reinforce its position across F-35 support and missile production.
