Weibel Scientific secures U.S. Army contract to develop new radar prototype

Weibel Scientific has been awarded an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) contract by the U.S. Army to develop a prototype C-Band range instrumentation radar.

Weibel Scientific, a leader in advanced radar technology, has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to supply two of its MFTR-2100/42-2160 Medium Range Radars. These high-power tracking radar systems have been chosen by Sandia National Laboratories (SNL) to enhance their instrumental testing capabilities.
