DroneShield has launched a strategic supply chain campaign in Poland aimed at strengthening local industry engagement. The company said the initiative is intended to support delivery of next-generation sovereign and allied counter-drone capability across Europe.

The campaign will expand DroneShield’s engagement with Polish manufacturing and technology partners. It is designed to build a more resilient and scalable supply chain aligned with growing European demand for counter-uncrewed aircraft systems.

DroneShield said the initiative will support European military, public safety and critical infrastructure customers seeking proven counter-drone solutions. The company said strong local industrial participation is an important part of the campaign.

The campaign coincides with the release of DroneShield’s European supply chain expansion document. The document outlines the company’s approach to working with Polish partners in advanced manufacturing, subsystem supply, electronics, testing, sustainment and capability integration.

Poland is described by DroneShield as a key market as European governments and agencies increase investment in force protection, critical infrastructure security and counter-drone preparedness. By deepening its supply chain footprint in Poland, the company said it aims to support procurement pathways that value operational capability, supply chain resilience and in-country industry participation.

Ciaran Mannion, Europe-based Technical and Supply Chain Manager of DroneShield, said: “Poland is an important strategic market for DroneShield and a natural fit for deeper industrial collaboration. This campaign reflects our commitment to working with capable local partners to support European requirements with proven counter-drone technology, responsive delivery, and sovereign capability.”

“As demand for counter-drone capability continues to grow, customers are increasingly looking for trusted suppliers who can combine world-class technology with strong local industrial support. Our Polish supply chain campaign is designed to help meet that need.”

Through the campaign, DroneShield is inviting Polish suppliers and manufacturers to explore collaboration opportunities. The company said such cooperation may support local content objectives, improve delivery responsiveness and contribute to Europe’s broader security and industrial capability goals.

Supplier engagement will be phased and selective. DroneShield said partners will be assessed according to capability, scalability, compliance maturity and alignment with future programme requirements.

The Polish campaign forms part of DroneShield’s broader international growth strategy. It also reflects the company’s focus on durable partnerships in priority markets where national security, defence modernisation and critical infrastructure protection remain key policy and procurement priorities.
