The Czech Ministry of Defence selected Ops-Core to deliver next-generation helmet systems through an NSPA-managed procurement program. A separate order for the Canadian Army’s Soldier Systems Program covers a range of helmet accessories.
The awards reflect broader allied demand for equipment that combines ballistic protection with communications, respiratory systems and other mission capabilities. Through NSPA, NATO and partner countries can procure the systems using an established multinational purchasing framework.

Gentex said the equipment was intended to support common operational requirements while remaining adaptable to different units and missions. “We are proud to equip NATO nations with systems that enhance survivability, situational awareness, and overall mission effectiveness.”
The company’s headborne systems are already fielded across the Five Eyes alliance, including by U.S. Special Operations Forces, the U.S. Army and the U.S. Marine Corps. Other users include British Special Forces and Royal Marines, the New Zealand Army and Special Forces, and Australian Army and Special Operations units.
Gentex designs the systems to balance ballistic protection and weight while allowing communications and other equipment to be integrated into a single headborne platform. The NSPA agreement provides participating governments with a streamlined route to purchase those systems and associated accessories.

Through the NATO Logistics Stock Exchange (NLSE) and standing long-term agreements, we give COMMIT nations access to some of the most advanced and combat-proven helmets and accessories on the market, at the speed of relevance, preparing their soldiers for a contemporary and highly lethal operational environment.”
Danielli said the NATO Logistics Stock Exchange was designed to connect participating countries with equipment within normal production timelines. “NLSE places world-class product solutions within reach of the users, at no more than the distance of the production lead time.”
NSPA handles multinational acquisition, logistics, support and sustainment for NATO countries across operational domains. The customer-funded agency operates on a no-profit, no-loss basis and employs about 1,550 people from its headquarters in Luxembourg and operational centers in France, Hungary and Italy.
The COMMIT Support Partnership includes 28 countries and uses the secure, web-based NATO Logistics Stock Exchange. The platform provides acquisition, inventory management, logistics and mutual emergency-support services to participating nations.
